A ​​4 dunam complex that includes four low-rise 1O-story buildings with commercial and public areas on the ground floor. 24O residential units, 15,OOO sqm (gfa). The project offers a diverse mix of new apartments, as well as commercial and public spaces on the ground floor. When we first approached the project’s design, we had in mind the creation of a place that has a unique identity. A place in which people enjoy living and are proud to live in. Based on these values, we created a layout of four buildings that share a distinct design. The buildings are organized around a common garden, which functions as an entrance area for all buildings, and as a space for socializing. The project buildings’ mass, creates a partial separation between the private and public areas – the garden and the main streets - providing an intimate place, around which life in the complex unfolds.
