A 5 dunam residential complex that includes two high-rise buildings 15-3O story high, and two 8-story low-rise buildings. 3OO residential units, 4O,OOO sqm (gfa). The project site is situated near the coastal strip, within a residential neighborhood. One side of the site borders an active main street, while the other borders a quieter inner street. While designing the project we carefully considered these contextual elements, in order to create a synergic integration with the existing urban fabric and surroundings. The high-rise buildings are strategically positioned to maximize exposure to the sea breeze and captivating coastal views, ensuring that a significant number of apartments benefit from these desirable attributes. The low-rise buildings are designed as low wings while maintaining a separate entrance to each building. This layout ensures a low quantity of apartments per floor, maintaining a more intimate feeling, while minimizing the buildings’ footprint. The compact layout creates space for a large garden in the center of the complex, connected to the surrounding streets with wide pathways. This scheme of open areas seamlessly connects the new complex and its surroundings, creating a holistic urban fabric.
