A residential complex that includes a 3O-story high-rise building and a 9-story low-rise building. 16,OOO sqm (gfa), 13O residential units. The project consists of two separate buildings - a high-rise and a low-rise. This dual-typology layout was chosen to allow efficient land use and a dense mix of apartments, on the one hand, while creating a more diverse lifestyle opportunity in the complex, on the other. To maximize the limited plot area, the building’s ground floor is connected, while maintaining separate lobbies and functional spaces, giving rise to larger communal areas- a large ‘tenants club’ with a roof garden. The complex is accessed through a front garden that serves both as an urban square with a commercial space, and as a buffer zone separating the public realm from the private, fostering a sense of privacy and identity for the project residents.
